Leadership

Adrienne Lewis is a business professional with human resources (HR) expertise, who has been leveraging her experience to drive organizational efficiency, compliance and operational excellence to corporate clients throughout the US. With more than 30 years of experience, Ms. Lewis has demonstrated success analyzing a business’s precise HR needs and delivering solutions that improve quality, performance, communication, morale and productivity. Her areas of expertise include assessments, compliance, talent acquisition, operations management, staff retention, management training, policies and process development, benefits, executive coaching and performance management.

Adrienne has held senior management positions at companies in the commercial, government contracting and association sectors. Prior to founding LCG in 2008, she was the Vice President of Business Operations at TMA Resources (now Personify Corp.) where she managed all internal corporate business functions including human resources, administration, the PMO office, and facilities. She served as the American Trucking Associations’ (ATA) first VP of Human Resources. In addition to her HR work at ATA, she was the Director of Development for the ATA Litigation Center and served as the staff liaison to the trucking industry’s Labor and Human Resources Policy Committee.

Michael Lewis has extensive experience in all facets of Human Resources with a strong emphasis in the areas of talent acquisition, which includes retained executive search, development of recruitment plans and management and interview training.

Mr. Lewis has worked in a variety of industries. His practice had a strong emphasis on companies supporting the Federal Government specifically the Department of Defense and the Intelligence communities. In addition he has assisted non-defense related high technology, financial, and nonprofit organizations identify and hire professionals in all levels of management and individual contributor positions.

 

Mr. Lewis has dedicated a large part of his career to assisting start-up and small business organizations on employee retention issues and assisting them with acquiring talent in highly competitive labor markets.

Emmanuel has experience working in several industries (IT, Legal, Finance, and Government Contracting), including projects with Fortune 500 clients. His background reflects a proven record of strengthening HR processes to improve both organizational efficiency and effectiveness. With Emmanuel's in-depth HR knowledge and proficiency with technology and systems, he has helped companies optimize their everyday processes, including, but not limited to recruitment, full-cycle HR onboarding, learning and development, tracking and maintenance of HR documents for audit purposes, compliance filing and auditing, as well as implementing strategic HR plans and technology.
